Raising a Support Ticket

 

Thank you for choosing NCS IT to be your Technology Support Partner. Should you require technical assistance, you can raise a support ticket via any of the following methods:

 

1) Call 01706 239000 and choose Option 1 for Helpdesk (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

 

2) Email helpdesk@ncs.cloud with the following:

  • Company name
  • Name of affected users
  • Site if applicable
  • Description of issue including any error messages or a screen shot if possible

 

3) Visit your client portal – please speak to your Account Manager for details
